These car owners are obviously challenging the (ever sleeping) DBKL authorities. How many cars can they tow at one go? There are more than 10 cars parked by the roadside with a very visible (not just one, but two) tow signs for illegal car parking by the road kerb. So, what does DBKL gonna do? Maybe election time, they give chance lah :P
